The Training Challenges

Retention of prevention messages fades over time if it is not regularly reinforced. Weariness regarding classic theoretical training can lead to a drop in vigilance. The challenge here is to maintain a safety culture at the heart of employee concerns by using gamification. Whether to validate knowledge on signage, PPE, or emergency procedures, it is crucial to offer short and stimulating formats to combat routine, which is often a cause of accidents.

Objectives of the "Play for Safety", the game Training

This module is part of an initiative to revitalize the company's safety policy. It allows knowledge assessment to be transformed into a motivating challenge. The game offers a series of random questions covering safety fundamentals (fire risks, protective equipment, traffic, work environment). The learner must answer correctly to accumulate points. Each answer is followed by an educational explanation, ensuring immediate learning even in case of an error. The "quiz" format allows for rapid and repeated assessment without heavy logistical constraints.

For the Learner:

  • Test their knowledge in a fun and pressure-free way,
  • Review safety fundamentals (pictograms, reaction to an accident, wearing PPE),
  • Understand their mistakes thanks to instant corrections and rule reminders,
  • Challenge themselves by trying to obtain the best possible score.

For the Company:

  • Revitalize communication and awareness around Health and Safety issues,
  • Deploy an agile training action, accessible via a simple web link (PC, tablet, smartphone) without complex installation,
  • Verify the level of understanding of safety rules by the teams,
  • Strengthen employee engagement thanks to a modern and interactive approach,
  • Contribute to the reduction of risky behaviors through repetition and gaming.

Target Audience for "Play for Safety", the game

  • All employees (across all sectors),
  • Newcomers (Onboarding) and temporary workers,
  • Administrative and operational staff.
