Our policy of continuous progress: achieving excellence in our actions and contacts with every customer and partner. To this end, our Quality approach places our customers at the heart of our priorities. To this end, we have put in place :
A team of qualified permanent training consultants. Each consultant trainer is the designer of the training courses for which he is qualified. He is available directly on his mobile phone and undertakes to respond by telephone within 48 hours to any request or request regarding the training offer
A telephone answering service is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, with a commitment that each customer request will be processed within a maximum of 7 days
For our in-company training programs, we provide tailor-made solutions adapted to our clients' expectations. Each trainer works to achieve the results defined during the initial analysis
After each coaching session, a report is systematically drawn up, presented and commented on by the participants and the action's referent. Objectives are defined and validated with the teams throughout the training program, to ensure a perfect fit with the pedagogical program
A cold “PACTE” satisfaction survey is mailed to the client no more than 30 days after the training session. On its return, it is analyzed in depth and constitutes a performance indicator of our Quality strategy. Each evaluation with a score below 6 triggers a call from management to the customer to find out the reasons for the non-conformity. Corrective action is then taken
Our dynamic team of assistants at head office is on hand 5 days a week from 8am to 6pm, ready to answer all your questions immediately
