The Training Challenges

Prevention messages fade if they are not regularly reinforced, and theoretical training ends up boring people. The quiz turns rule revision into a team challenge: answer fast, compare, discover the right answer. A short, lively format that fits easily into a safety day, a team meeting or an onboarding session.

Objectives of the Quiz Training

Seven games, two families. The short formats (10 to 15 minutes) have all teams answering at the same time and can also be played solo. The long formats (20 to 30 minutes) play on rounds and suspense, TV game show style.

For the Learner:

• Test their knowledge in a fun, pressure-free way,
• Review the fundamentals: PPE, fire, road risk, falls, chemical risk, MSDs…,
• Challenge themselves in teams or solo to get the best score.

For the Company:

• Liven up a safety day or a team meeting with a short, lively format,
• Build the session: games, themes, number of questions and answer time,
• Check the teams' level of knowledge: in solo mode, results can be exported,
• Facilitate with confidence thanks to the facilitator guide and the printable answer sheets for The Safety Champion and Chrono 9.

The 7 Games

• Quiz Battle: all teams answer at the same time, the fastest gets the bonus (15 min)
• True or False: twelve seconds to decide, misconceptions fall one by one (10 min)
• The Right Number: find the right order of magnitude, the closest team scores (15 min)
• Put It in Order: a jumbled procedure to put back in order (15 min)
• The Safety Champion: three buzzer rounds for a title (30 min, 2 to 4 teams)
• Who Wants to Win the Golden Hard Hat?: twelve steps, two milestones, three lifelines (20 min)
• Chrono 9: sixty seconds to name nine answers, beware of the bomb (20 min, 2 to 4 teams)

How a Session Works

• The application opens in the browser from your Immersive Factory portal, with your I-learning Games licence,
• The game is projected; teams join on tablets by scanning a QR code, and everyone can also play solo on their phone,
• Without tablets, in "computer only" mode, the facilitator enters the answers on the projected screen,
• From 1 to 4 teams; a typical session lasts one hour, for example Quiz Battle, Chrono 9 then True or False,
• You will need: a computer connected to a projector and speakers, an internet connection, tablets or the participants' phones,
• The games are currently available in French.
