A Look Back at the Safety Day at Bee Engineering

How can we make safety awareness fun, immersive, and highly effective? This was the challenge brilliantly met by our consultant, Cassandre NENET, during a special day organized at the Bee Engineering premises.

A meeting driven by technological innovation, but above all, by human connection.

Digital Immersion to Make a Lasting Impression

"Digital safety" is about more than just long, theoretical speeches. By integrating virtual reality (VR) into the core of her session, Cassandre NENET offered an innovative approach to risk prevention.

VR makes it possible to simulate real-life situations, test reflexes, and raise awareness of hazards in a practical way—all within a perfectly safe environment. A modern method that captures attention and leaves a lasting impression.

Prioritizing Quality Exchanges: The Power of Small Groups

Beyond the technology, it was the format of the day that made all the difference. The priority objective was clear: prioritize the quality of interactions over quantity.

Thanks to a small-group setup, our consultant was able to dedicate time to each participant. This intimate setting encouraged people to speak freely and fostered rich, open discussions, particularly around a universal theme: workstation setup in the office.

Key ergonomics tips covered during the workshops:

  • Adjusting seat and armrest height.
  • The ideal distance from the screen to prevent eye strain.
  • Proper postures to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

A Huge Thank You to Bee Engineering

This digital safety day was a real success, both in terms of employee involvement and the relevance of the topics shared.

We would like to warmly thank the Bee Engineering teams for their welcome, their energy, and their commitment to well-being at work. Prevention is a team effort, and this day was the perfect illustration of that!
