Training Tomorrow's Managers in Safety Culture

Recently, Immersive Factory had the pleasure of supporting Master 2 Marketing students from IAE Tours Val de Loire during their seminar in Bordeaux. The mission? To transform these future leaders into true workplace safety ambassadors through Virtual Reality (VR).

Immersion: The Engine of Learning

At Immersive Factory, we believe that to truly understand a risk, one must "experience" it. By using our VR headsets, students were plunged into ultra-realistic work environments where they had to identify hazards and adopt the correct safety protocols in real-time.

"The concept sparked a lot of enthusiasm and helped make this moment a highlight of our seminar."Fiona Sabard, event organizer.

Why this project stands out:

  • Total Autonomy: We trained the students beforehand so they could act as their own workshop facilitators. This peer-to-peer learning approach ensures deeper knowledge retention.
  • Educational Innovation: Seeing Marketing students embrace safety culture with such passion proves that when prevention is gamified and immersive, it becomes a powerful message.
  • A Bridge to the Future: To support these rising professionals, Immersive Factory provided exclusive discounts to help them champion these tech solutions within their future organizations.

A huge thank you to CFA des Universités Centre-Val de Loire, IAE Tours Val de Loire, and the University of Tours for their continued trust. Together, we are making prevention more tangible, one headset at a time.
