Estelle MICHOT is the Learning and Development Manager for the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Supply Chain. It represents 5 factories in France, along with the central support functions and traveling technicians. Estelle MICHOT has agreed to testify about the use of the SafetyBox VR© within the company.

How did you discover Immersive Factory ?

“Through internet research on the implementation of virtual reality. A colleague had also already worked with Immersive Factory in her professional journey outside of Coca-Cola. She invited us to look at your site.”

Why did you choose the SafetyBox VR© ? How do you use it ?

“The choice of the SafetyBox VR© was quite natural because this package offers support for future trainers and an event day that promotes the technology and its advantages. We even organized an event in Issy-les-Moulineaux to promote virtual reality as an innovative, fun, and highly immersive way of training.

We have chosen to deploy safety modules to give ourselves the “right to make mistakes safely.” This allows for hands-on experience while remaining safe (falling from height, driving mistakes, etc.), and to learn from the experience. The expression “learning from experience” has never been truer.”

What feedback have you received on the use of the SafetyBox VR© ?

“The feedback is excellent! Employees at all levels are thrilled to learn in a new way, with recent and playful technologies. What appeals most, initially, is the total and very realistic immersion. Then, after the “Wow!” effect, the feedback is very positive about the fact that the test times are very short since there is no external disruption. When you have the headset on your eyes and controllers in your hands, it’s no longer possible to access your phone, computer, or participate in a conversation. You are necessarily focused on what you are doing, and that’s the strength of this tool. The concentration time is intense and therefore short.”

Would you recommend the SafetyBox VR© ?

“Of course! For my part, I think that experiencing real situations (safely in VR) is very effective because we ourselves experience our emotions and feelings!”

Choose the SafetyBox VR© and take control of your training with a completely autonomous and easy-to-use tool. Enjoy personalized support throughout the process.
