For its 3rd edition, Vivatech, exhibition with international dimension gathered from 24 to 26 May at Porte de Versailles, more than 100,000 visitors. The tech giants, from start-ups to large companies, came together to present their latest innovations. Present on the stands of Air Liquide, Bouygues and Vinci, Immersive Factory presented on this occasion its new EHS training platform in virtual reality.
Virtual reality for industry, a convincing innovation
At Vivatech 2018, Immersive Factory announced and tested its new EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) training platform in virtual reality. "In the industry, virtual reality will impact and improve behavior, and so help to reduce accident at work," said Olivier Pierre, co-founder of Immersive Factory, during a conference on the Air stand Liquid.
For 3 days, more than a hundred people tried the immersive experience and tested Immersive Factory virtual reality solutions. Among them, some personalities who were kind enough to confront the sensations caused by a virtual accident: Muriel Penicaud (Minister of Labor), Xavier Huillard (CEO of Vinci) and Yves Meignie (CEO of Vinci Energies) or François Darchis (DG from Air Liquide).

As a major actor in the digital transformation and energy transition, the Vinci Energies Group organized a challenge consisting of 6 categories, where each selected start-up had a few minutes to present its innovation.
Represented by Olivier Pierre, Immersive Factory is a finalist in the category "Human safety for industry", on the theme "How digitization can improve the security for industrial services?"

And because a launch worthy of the name is done over time, the Immersive team, just returned from VivaTech, leaves for Lyon at the Preventica show, the national meeting for occupational health and safety in France. the company.
It will welcome visitors to stand I41 from tomorrow until 31 May to have them test fifteen exercises in virtual reality dedicated to risk prevention: work permit, anomaly hunting, on-site traffic, work at height, gestures and postures, electrical logging ...
